My Holistic IVF Journey: From Heartbreak to Hope

After two miscarriages, I found myself on an unexpected path—IVF. It was a journey I never anticipated, but one that ultimately led to the birth of my beautiful daughter.

Like many, I believed I would conceive naturally and never imagined needing medical assistance. However, life had other plans.

My first IVF cycle seemed promising. I retrieved 20 eggs, and my first embryo transfer was successful. But at six weeks, I suffered a devastating miscarriage. Instead of giving up, I spent two months optimizing my body for my next transfer—adjusting my diet, balancing my thyroid, and taking essential vitamins.

For my second IVF cycle, I opted for a natural transfer with minimal medication, something I hadn’t been offered initially. That choice made all the difference—I conceived successfully and carried my daughter to term at 39 years old.

If you’re struggling with fertility, know that you’re not alone. There is hope, even after loss. I share my full journey, including the lessons I learned, in my latest video.
