Hey, I’m JOANNA

mom, wellness educator, style enthusiast, and former Wall Street exec turned luxury real estate pro.

I was born in Brooklyn, NY, to an Italian immigrant family.

After graduating from college, I had a career on Wall Street and then transitioned to luxury real estate sales with the Altman Brothers Team from Bravo’s “Million Dollar Listing.”

I am now a mom, entrepreneur, and wellness enthusiast who traded in the fast-paced hustle of New York City to follow my heart to Los Angeles. I left behind a thriving career and a life that looked successful on the outside — to build one that truly felt good on the inside.

When I became pregnant in my late 30s, it didn’t come easily – and it didn’t come without intention. Like everything else in my life, I approached it with focus, curiosity, and a commitment to doing the work. I researched, I prepared, and I built a wellness routine that felt both empowered and grounded.

That journey reshaped everything.

Today, I share what I’ve learned, from fertility and postpartum recovery to motherhood routines, wellness rhythms, business strategies, and style that feels like you. My goal is to help other women feel supported, capable, and clear – even when life feels full.

This is where intention meets real life. And I’m so glad you’re here.

Questions Answers

  • what was your pregnancy journey?

My pregnancy journey was anything but linear—it was a test of faith, resilience, and learning to trust my body again.
Before welcoming my daughter Lily Grace, I experienced two miscarriages. The first happened naturally at six weeks, and the second was after an IVF transfer—also at six weeks. Both losses were heartbreaking, but they also opened my eyes to how overmedicated and undereducated I had been the first time around.

When I finally conceived Lily at 39, I approached IVF very differently. I combined science with holistic healing—supporting my body through nutrition, acupuncture, supplementation, mindset work, and rest. I learned to advocate for myself, to ask questions, and to create space for balance instead of burnout.

That journey led me to my miracle girl, Lily Grace, and to a deeper understanding of what it means to be in tune with your body and spirit. It’s why I’m so passionate about sharing holistic fertility, motherhood, and wellness tips here—because no woman should have to navigate that path alone. 💕

  • What does “having it all” mean to you?

For me, having it all isn’t about doing everything — it’s about doing the things that truly matter, with intention and balance.

In my 20s, I thought having it all meant working harder, longer, faster. During my Wall Street years in NYC, I was constantly overextended — running on caffeine and adrenaline. I looked successful on the outside, but I was exhausted on the inside. My energy was off, my body was depleted, and I didn’t yet know how to reset myself.

Today, having it all looks very different. It means being the healthiest version of myself — physically, mentally, and emotionally. It’s about pushing limits while staying grounded, creating space for recovery and reflection, and honoring the flow between ambition and peace.

It’s also about living a beautiful, elevated life — one that feels luxurious but rooted in gratitude — while staying kind, present, and intentional with the people I love. Most of all, it means raising my daughter to shine her own light in the world, to lead with grace and confidence, and to know that true success begins with inner alignment. ✨

  • What are your go-to wellness practices right now?

I’m a self-proclaimed gym rat — I’ve spent enough time training with some of the best to know what works for my body. I love having the freedom to train on my own, but I still mix in personal training sessions and group fitness classes to keep me accountable and inspired. My workouts are mostly strength-based with a healthy balance of cardio. I also love Pilates for mobility and recovery.
Recreationally, I’m all about movement that feels good — tennis and golf are my favorite ways to stay active socially while also clearing my mind.

On the wellness side, I’m loving NAD IV drips for cellular energy, proactive biomarker testing through a company called Super Power to stay ahead of my health, and regular lymphatic drainage massages and cupping to support recovery and detoxification.

I recently did a plasma exchange (TPE) and have been exploring new and exciting bio-optimization treatments that I share in detail on my YouTube channel, In The Know Jo. It’s where I dive deeper into the science and the experience behind what I’m trying — always from a holistic, high-performance perspective.

  • What can I expect from a 1:1 coaching session with you?

My 1:1 coaching sessions are a safe space — completely judgment-free. It’s just you and me, real conversation, and my honest perspective based on what I’ve personally lived and learned.

Think of it as time with a trusted friend who’s been through it — from balancing career and motherhood, to navigating relationships, and knowing when to walk away from toxic ones (I’ve been there, survived it, and came out stronger with a clear sense of what to look for and what to avoid).

We can talk about everything — finding balance, protecting your peace, getting pregnant, recovering and reconnecting with yourself postpartum, making holistic or hospital birth choices, labor and delivery prep, baby formulas, toddler routines, or anything in between.

My goal is to help you feel grounded, informed, and empowered — no matter what season you’re in.

  • Is your pregnancy guide only for IVF moms?

Not at all! My pregnancy guide is for any woman who wants to make holistic, intentional choices — whether you’re trying naturally, exploring fertility treatments, or already pregnant.

It’s about learning how to support your body from the inside out: nourishing yourself with the right foods, balancing hormones, reducing stress, and creating the best possible foundation before, during, and after pregnancy.

My goal is to help women feel educated, empowered, and confident in their choices — no matter their path to motherhood.

And if there’s a topic I haven’t covered yet, please reach out! I love hearing from this community and am already working on Book 2 to go even deeper into the journey. 💫
